Watching Barack Obama deliver his stirring speech in Chicago, one can only say: God bless America and God bless Obama. He faces so many challenges, represents so many dreams. May the hopes and dreams of all those idealistic Americans one saw on television at his victory rally come true. He is young, handsome, and speaks so well, and articulates such visions, it is impossible not to wish him well. I admire John McCain no less. He represents American heroism and achievements. Obama, who still has something to prove, is the promising future of America. America has again moved ahead of the rest of the world by transcending race and colour and electing someone from an ethnic minority to lead the nation.
CNN says there were 120,000 to 125,000 people at Obama’s victory rally!
